Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Item must be:

unused in original packaging in the same condition as received

Exchange is only applicable for:

damaged item received wrong item received size issue (if applicable)

Return Policy

We currently do not offer refunds/cash returns. Returns are only accepted in case of a damaged or incorrect product.

Important Notes

Slight color differences may occur due to lighting and screen settings.

For hygiene reasons, some jewellery items may not be eligible for exchange. Customers must provide clear unboxing video/proof for damaged or missing item claims.
